ROOM RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

1- From the confirmation date up until Februery 22th, 2016, there is a penalization fee of 25% of the total price of the reservation.

2- From February 23th, 2016 up until March 23th, 2016, there is a penalization fee of 50% of the total price of the reservation.

3- From March 24th, 2016, there is a penalization fee of 100% of the total price of the reservation.

After the March 24th, 2016 no change in the reservation will be accepted.

Any incident or reimbursement will be handled through previous verification carried out by the Technical Secretariat following the completion of the event.

The reservations for accommodations that are made through bank transfer will receive pre-confirmation of the accommodation that will be validated upon the receipt of the proof of bank transfer. It is a mandatory requirement to indicate in the comments section of the bank transfer, the name of the pre-accommodated person and the pre-confirmation number for the accommodation as the bank transfer reference number.

Once validated, you will receive a conformation email. All reservations for accommodations that in the course of 10 days are not followed by a bank transfer for the specified amount, including the name of the guest and pre-confirmation number, will be cancelled in the system.
